Welcome to my site outlining the advantages of living in Mesquite
NV,
located 85 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada along the I-15 corridor and 35
miles south of Saint George, Utah.
Besides the low crime rate and obvious tax advantages such as no state income tax, no grocery tax, and no corporation tax, why do people move here? I, like most people living here, came from somewhere else. We came for different reasons. Some to escape traffic and smog infested areas, some to escape from cold weather and others to live in a less expensive area and friendlier atmosphere. Whatever the reason, Mesquite Nevada has a lot to offer to increase
your quality of life. For my part now, I enjoy working with "out of area buyers", whether they are here for the first time,
looking things over (and I will show you the town) or have been here before and are now ready to select a home in an area of their choosing. I would
like to help with that and I do enjoy everything that it entails, from selecting an area of your choice, to selecting a home with the detail you require.
